If you arrive by plane, we recommend taking a taxi from Flesland Airport. Taxis are available outside of the arrival hall.

 

Getting to Flesland Airport from the hotel

On the day of departure, we will organize bus transport from Solstrand to Flesland. The bus will leave at 3.30 pm. When you sign up for the meeting, please indicate if you want bus transport. This will include an additional fee of NOK 200.

MEALS

Coffee and lunch are included in the registration fee and will be served daily at the conference venue.

 

BADGES

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. For security reasons, all participants are requested to wear their badge during the meeting activities and social events.

 

CONFIRMATION

Hotel reservations will be made and confirmed only when the congress organizer, Fjell og Fjord Konferanser, has received your payment. Fjell og Fjord Konferanser has the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed for on the registration form, also in case of no-show.

 

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. In order to receive confirmation of registration by email, please indicate your e-mail address when you register.

 

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance with your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmation letter, please immediately, and in writing, contact carina@fjellogfjord-konferanser.no

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

You are welcome to pay by VISA or MasterCard. After you click “Submit” you will be directed to “Dibs Payment Services”. You may also pay by prepayment invoice. All prices will be charged in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). If you have any problems with your payment, please contact us. After your payment has been transferred we will send you a confirmation letter by email and your registration will be considered complete and valid.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Neither the organizers of NOSOPRS2023 nor the Conference Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. Participants are recommended to arrange for their own personal travel and health insurance.
